How to roll left thread

Rolling left thread by thread rolling machine:

1. Adjust the threading rollers and eccentric sleeve.

2. Turn switches to anticlockwise turning and left thread, anticlockwise rotate the feed lever, now the rolling head anticlockwise turning (face to the rolling head) and strip rib off the rebar until the tool posts open.

3. Keep turning the feed lever (attention: can’t feed too fast). The rolling head automatically change to clockwise turning.

4. keep feeding with force, just a few seconds, the machine can achieve automatic feed, change the rotating direction and return after finishing.

5. Give reinforcement by clockwise turning the feed lever to help the machine head go back to the initial position. Then the machine stops.
